Official transcripts
We are pleased to offer electronic transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse.
CUAA students who were enrolled prior to Spring 2013 may request transcripts by visiting the National Student Clearinghouse’s website; however, the eTranscripts service is not available. Transcripts will be mailed.
Unofficial transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are viewable to current students by logging into your Concordia Ann Arbor portal account (my.tif2005.com).
We do not hold transcript requests until grades or degrees are posted.
Before ordering your official transcript, it is your responsibility to check your unofficial transcript on the Student Portal under the Student tab to ensure that all grades or degree postings that you want included on the transcript are posted to your transcript. Fees will not be refunded, or transcripts re-issued if your transcript is ordered before your desired postings. An additional transcript will need to be ordered at the student’s expense.
Holds
Transcripts will not be released if you have holds on your student account. Please contact the Cashier’s Office at 262-243-2609 to resolve any holds.
Delivery options, processing times, and fees
The National Student Clearinghouse secure site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. A processing fee will be charge per recipient, in addition to the University’s $10 per transcript fee. Processing time is approximately 24 hours for electronic transcripts. Mailing and pickup options are available and may take additional processing time.
