Dr. Bennett is associate professor of business. Her career path includes substantial industry experience in Fortune 100 financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, and conferencing. Dr. Bennett's research interests include technology, organizational culture, learning, and innovation/creativity, and she is a leading scholar in virtual human resource development. Dr. Bennett also serves on several journal boards, including Human Resource Development Quarterly and Advances in Developing Human Resources.

Worked for a police agency in Kenosha County, WI as Lt./Chief. Prof. Chlebos continues to train law enforcement officers and consult for attorneys. He teaches several of the law enforcement/pre-law classes and has two criminal justice related radio shows (ABC affiliate/iHeart Radio). He also is an expert witness in Federal Court.

I serve Christ Our King in Saline, Michigan as organist and lead the Praise Team. My husband and I are blessed with 3 children and 4 grandkids.

I am currently the CEO/Executive Director of LAMP Ministry which serves indigenous northern Canada.
